Teuchter First ever race - not a good start - used the location postcode from runningdiary.com in my sat nav and ended up in Blackpool North Shore! Having said that, well pleased with my time - knocked about 5 mins off my estimate !

Jezzer Really good race - thought I was going to get under 40 minutes but the 9th km did for me. Still a good PB and I'm determined to go sub-40 next year.

tryfan Cold and foggy morning - was feeling a bit under the weather so pleased to get under 47 minutes. Sub 45 target still not reached! Thanks to all the marshallls who turned out on such a miserable day and they were still friendly!!

Nicko had cold and sore throat during week but this made me rest. race very hard kept hanging on to others but obviously enjoyed it at the end. Good sprint in my legs at finish.

julbags Was going to try to break my 10K PB at this race but I don't think its likely due to not very consistent training. If I feel good on the day I will really go for it but if not I will just go out and enjoy the race as its a nice course.
