Debstir Last minute decision to run this as I wasn't that far away at my parents! Changed route from when my dad & I used to run it, still got that bliddy hill in it through Balloch park though! Happy enough with my time.

Robger Agonisingly 3 secs outside PB!!! Reasonably flat course after slight rise at beginning.Having never run this before I kept something in reserve around 6-8kms in case there were some hill 'surprises' before the end..................in retrospect that's cost me a new SB and PB - we live and learn.
Have enjoyed this series overall and personal ratings of course (based on the 'feel' of my runs in each.........1)Dumbarton 2)VOL 3)Helensburgh 4)Clydebank (the town where 'pooper-scoopers' have obviously never yet reached!).Thanks to all organisers- Well Done!
