idlewild Beautiful race along the Tyne valley at dusk. Still pretty warm, and a few short, sharp hills took me by surprise, although mostly flat. Worth it for the pie & mushy peas at the end.

Ands Last year the Chevy Chase was AFTER the Tynedale 10k - hence 2 mins slower this year as every step was pain!! However, really enjoyed the night and we had a good club turnout.
