Enaoslm 17th. Arrived late and got caught up behind a crowd of runners at start. Very difficult to pass on single path tracks so ran much slower than fastest. However, this meant I had lots of energy for the steep hills and flights of steps which could only be walked. Drizzle thoughout and fantastic views, just a shame it wasn't a clearer day. Suprised to see the finish at only 12 miles and had plenty left in the tank, which either means I didn't push hard enough or my marathon training is paying off.

Great race venue but not my best race due to bad start!!
