Hills of Death (HOD) Race Entered training run. Hard 20 Wet and windy very similar to Snowdon !!! Hilly ittermit hills as well coastal run not for the feignt hearted First half in about 1.30 hard to go quicker as the second half was brutal. Quite a good run though.

SuzyWoo Thanet 20 - aim was to run this at planned marathon pace (7:20-7:30 pace), but got a bit carried away at the beginning! Very pleased with my time considering the high mileage in my legs this week already! :-) 9th lady overall i think, 64th out of 411.
