Alun London Marathon build up race. Went off at around 7 minute mile pace, maintained this pace through 10 miles and began to slow at 14 miles. Ended up with 7:16 pace which is much faster than I was expecting.Well pleased!!!!!

Martian Dashes Should do a bit better than last year............Did a bit better than last year. It didn't feel at all bad 'til the wheels fell off. Will do better but not too disappointed.

redordead Pos 193/461. Just running a steady pace to get round, had not run this far since May 2005. Felt pretty good at the end, could have done the full 26.2 today if I wanted LOL!!!

Runna Slightly changed course this year due to different start venue, enjoyed it quite scenic and undulating and perfect conditions. A good atmosphere amongst runners and marshals. Pleased with my run, stuck to the plan of 8 miles easy and 12 at hoped for marathon pace, felt great over last few miles.
