Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

AndyWooHoo bad race prep (but yesterday was such a lovely day...how can you resist a few drinks on the riverside?) made a quick run all the more painful.. went out blisteringly quick; and suffered for it at miles 7 and 8.. nice pb though.. another one is well within grasp.

The Outlaw My first race since the Belgrave Bolt 5K in August last year when I pulled my hamstring. Had a good start - 1 m @ 6:00, then settled into comfortable 6:15 miling. Felt good throughout, enjoyable race. 21st overall (of 500+); 2nd V50-59; 4th Ranelagh (easily beating Ian), member of Ranelagh winning team. Very pleased I decided to run, having nearly backed out - a great motivator and a vindication of my recent training. 81% age grade performance. New shoes excellent.
