Ally2 Pb hunting. Course is favourable except for a bumpy track for 1mile. Wet and miserable with thunder but felt really strong with new PB and 4th place. Was 5th for 5miles and then gained a place but 7secs short of 3rd. Pleased.

Firestarter Very, Very wet, constant rain, torrential at times with some hail thrown in for good measure. Wasn't sure about this one, not felt great all week, but started reasonably strong and just tried to keep it going. lost time on the two climbs but overall very pleased with a new PB :):):)

sLickster Not in any shape to run anything further than 1 lap of a track, so expect will be doing this in about 42mins...Very wet and as wasn't pushing the pace, legs, arms and hands were frozen throughout...amazing running by some to get PBs today!!
