ancient Chaos on first lap at three single file gates - some tried to scramble over gates and were admonished by marshals! Better by second lap when thinned out. Reasonable effort, although Muds tracked me and overtook me on second hill! Did at least have satisfaction of passing BigChief!

Garden City Rick This was 5.69 miles according to my Garmin 305, others were saying it was 5.68. Definitely not 6 miles though. I decided to wear road shoes as the ground looked very frozen but on the other side of the course it was muddy & slippery. Some bottlenecks at kissing gates to slow you down too.
