Go-KL Plenty will depend on how tired I am after first bout of travelling. Thursday before race - tired - think I peaked somewhere in Japan but you never know I may run well. Race - was going well - well inside PB at 5,6 and even not far off at 10 miles (59:10). The headwind over the final half took its toll though eventually.

wriggle A PW by 3 minutes! Woohoo! Actually this was targeted as a PB race, until I got pneumonia and had over 3 months of very restricted training. Fast course, virtually flat, only a couple of small hills.
