Alun Wasn't really feeling it at the start due to the heat and the humidity, went with the pace though and tried to stick with it. The roads were still very wet after the earlier heavy rain, especially the painted lines and the manhole covers so I exercised some caution on the turns. Pressed hard over the final 2 kilometres, more so once the course turned into Moorgate. Happy to have just about dipped under 19 minutes.
