TZ A new PB for me, my first HM under 80mins and 10th place overall... I couldn't be happier! :-) A lovely course, partly run through the New Forest park land, some sea views across the Solent and pretty flat. The last two miles were extraordinarily tough, but the early pacing by George meant that I could hang on. A great day!

RFJ Aim was to see where I was at with Gosport being the Sub 90 attempt.... todays plan to go out hard (after yesterdays XC) and see how long I could hold on..... the answer the whole flaming race with rockets on..... New PB and a sub 90, 88:51 and 43rd position and very very happy.

dave the flower Struggled to be honest - felt okay up to 8 miles then the sun came out and that was that. Still recovering from a mid week virus didn't help. Felt really tired all day after the race which is unusual for me.

chunky This was disastrous last year as I got cramp 1 mile from the finish...........A race around the New Forest, I do not think I have ever felt so tired after a run of any sort ever, I was after a PB and missed it by about a minute. Excuses are: it was hot by the end, it was sort of hilly......and more weakly I'd been drinking moderately the night before.
