blokewotruns Marathon training seems to be paying off, set myself a 7.45 pace and was rewarded with a PB on a fairly hilly course. Bit chilly to start with but near perfect conditions

Colinzealuk (Chip time). Gun time 1:40:10 as was unable to get to a sensible part of the start.

Good pace on the first half - almost spot on 45 minutes, but struggled to get air in around 7-8 miles and slowed a little in the second half. Pleased overall, especially with the 'undulating' route.
