Gasheader will be racing 10k for first time in ages, working in the gym but not doing the miles, will be happy if i can better the terrible time of 2007. Happy with time and felt good ,need more races without mountains.

Jenson Watch time. Only four secs faster than gun time. Enjoyed it. After only two training runs in week leading up to in which I had had to walk because I felt so wiped out. Trekking in Morocco had obviously taken its toll. Didn't walk any of the hills. Well positioned and encouraging marshalls helped on that score. No beer left though!

Cats Whiskers Loved this - course and scenery were great. Way off race pace but just wanted to get round in one piece and enjoy it. Managed to do both, so happy(ish).

Cat the Dog Lover Not sure if the time is right cos didnt set the watch as ready to go for when the gun went off. Not on any official time sheets either as I ran on Ruths number then confessed so I didnt do an over 60 out of their prize and I've been told my time isnt on the official lists now.
