Slider45 Very happy with the way this one turned out. Wasn't keen for ages as I found last year really hard going and I didn't feel I was currently up to 10m standard. However, talked myself into it with the promise of thinking in terms of a hard training run and maintaining a sensible race strategy. As it turned out, the weather was good, my run went to plan, maintained strength following the hills and ran in my best time for the course. Will make an assault on the hour next year!
