agc (NB This time is as recorded by my Garmin, not the official time.) A bit surprised that I beat my prediction as I'd been a bit slack in the previous weeks and have had some discomfort and stiffness in my left leg. However, arrived in time for a good warm up and had a very fast first kilometre (thought it was probably too fast and would pay for it later). A nice race. I made the distance 7.95K (4.94 miles).
