Alun Hot, hot, hot! Aimed for 2:30 and was just outside of it, really pleased with the run and time. 43rd finisher, 10th M50-59 nationally, 6th in Kent and almost a 4 minutes PB compared to my 2008 debut. Thanks to the various support crews dotted around the course, your encouragement and goodies were most welcome.
