Foxy not sure doing this 2 days after North Devon is a great idea but gonna give it ago as long as I can break 45 mins I'll be happy. Broke the 45 mins but really had to dig. Finished 136th - timing problems on the night gave me an official time of 44.23 !

jdc This was the most boring race I have ever done - straight roads and underpasses. Felt good mostly had a bit of a bad patch at 6k but got it back together from 7k was pleased with my time overall.

MB416 Milton Keynes 10k Race. Wasn't sure what to expect, so just tried to do my own thing. Deliberately went to the back for the start, and took the first 10mins to find my stride. The first marker I saw was at 5k and I was at 25:30 so at that point thought I could get under 50mins or at least close. Really happy with final time. At 5k - 25.28 At 6k - 30.15 Split - 04.47 At 7k - 35.25 Split - 05.09 At 8k - 40.11 Split - 04.45 At 9k - 44.50 Split - 04.39 At 10k - 49.17 Split - 04.26
