CookPassBabtridge 1st leg for Notts and surprised a few people by getting round in 4th place. Got a gold medal for this although had to collect it later as went to cornwall on holiday after my leg.

Ally2 12th on leg1 - started hard but kept form all way round which is pleasing- last 2 years been overtaken alot from turn point. Only overtaken by derricott on way back and closing on 11th fast and took couldwell and harper. 38th quickest leg of the day.

LukeStur Pleased with that - think I paced it about right. Disappointed not to catch the guy who I managed to chase down 100yds in last 500m (he just put in a spurt when he heard me catch him just before the line).
