BigChiefRunningBore went well to 7k then had awful stitch and had to walk, otherwise would have subbed 41mins. this was price for stiff pace in the tunnel. 3rd best 10k time though

chieffy72 I hate this race!! Still way off my best,watch showed 49.07,chip time wasn't recorded but was added after I sent an e-mail showing 49.45,still a seasons best though,still miles off a PB! :-(

JamieKai *chameleon* Hot off a PB at Great Manchester 10k (10.08k more like) I'm hoping for another good run here in stuffy conditions! Struggled here. Legs didn't feel up to the task, and faded after the exhilarating run through the tunnel. That headwind from 6k did for me, killing all PB chances. Amazing race though, really enjoyed it!
