slowmarc-belfast was talk into doin this.was still coming outa injury taking it easy didnt think i wouldv even finished it.ppl kept warning me about the dreaded hill so i held back loads to make sure i would finish my next offical 1ok will be well under 50 mins easy

Lady Alburne I was 3rd last!!!!!! And I've never gone over 60 mins for a 10K EVER! But, it was a tough one, and I knew I was going to be battling last place from the outset, so all in all I'm happy with that. Good race, lovely course, GREAT marshals, but jeezo that was one fast field! Glad I did it? Yes, now that it's over and I have a glass of wine in my hand ;0) Would I do it again? Only with a LOT more training including some speed and hill work!
