Runningbug good run today paced steve at 8;30to10 miles then pace picked up I was struggeling last 2 miles steve quite strong both finished at the same time, william 1;34 Robert 1:35 good day.

Debstir Cool, crisp, sunny and...hilly!! Well, at the beginning and end anyway. Had predicted 2hr 10min so to finish in 2hr 1min was a bit unexpected but very welcome. Hit the wall at 12.5m, body had just about had enough and it took everything I had to get to the finish line. Really should train for 13 miles then, eh?
