robrea tough but good race, I'll do a blog tomorrow - it was quite a battle near the front. I was happy to get 3rd, very close to 2nd just out sprinted again :-( harwich won the team prize which was great after so many near misses :-)

themookid Half a minute up on last years time. Would have like to sub 32 though. Found the last mile much tougher than I remember from previously. First mile very quick down the hill in 5:40 then a slow 6:50 up the hill in mile 2. Two 6:20s beginning to struggle in mile 4 (being passed now) and a killer 7:00 mile up the hill back. Felt like a walk in the woods but managed a kick over the last 800m and took a few of the guys that had passed me during 4th mile. My pacing is still crap.
