Ipswich Friday 5. Started at the back and made my way through the pack after a steady opening mile. No garmin as i had to give mine to KK since hers was flat so no splits. Felt strong in the last mile and overtook a few runners in the woods in stark contrast to last year. Passed by no-one so a good enough effort. Won the fun run lottery game, KK's runner came last, i had a p***r 1-0 to me.
