MountainMasher 39:20, was under the 40 mins but still need to work on holding a pace and get some intervals training in. Not for me the road racing, but good to see how you are improving over time. I'll stick to the fell, I think ;-)

Gokeith Felt i had a decent run.1st time i've ran this one .Slightly harder on the 1st 4km then levelled out.Halfway in 17.20 2nd half in 16.53

Bouncytime Gutted.... 2 seconds of a sub 50, aaagghh! and to be honest I really could not have found those 2 seconds from anywhere, was maxed out all the way round. Ah well, definately a sub 50 for the next 10k.

AlanO Reasonably chuffed although hoped to go a wee bit quicker. Great weather. Had a go at it but could still only hit 5km in 18.45. On the plus side came back in 18.51. Best 10km time in 5yrs. Rest, Rest, Rest now til Edinburgh.

Jaffers Well not the best performance of my life (52nd), but my only excuse is 6 months since last race and went off too quick. Some great runs though from Bodo (22nd) and Elke and Russell, but tonight just wasn't my night (only taken me 4 days to come to terms with that!)
