Dickie York VLM long training run (again). Weather was kind to us, over cast to start with, bit of sun later, rain waited till after we had finished. 5th pair, 80th overall. Wore the wrong shoes, fell shoes didn't have enough cushion for the tarmac sections, so need to by some trail shoes now (-;
