Krukers An unknown quantity!Anyone know how this route compares with Snowdonia marathon?..Update:.(Thanks to Sinatra)...Somewhat harder than Snowdonia!... Oh dear!! Update: Great race.A bit harder than Snowdonia ,perhaps. Very lonely on the second lap when all the halfrunners have finished! *Great* scenery all the way round,only water provided so very glad I had some sugar tablets. Ron Hil presenting the half-marathon prizes,but had left before the full race presentation :-( Came 11th,1st over 50yrs.l

Velociraptor Planning to run/walk - aiming not to quit at the half-way point! EDIT Well, if I was looking for a tough, grind-it-out marathon to train my brain, I failed to find it here. What a wonderful race! Beautiful conditions, hard-but-never-boring and highly scenic course, and participants who were mostly there to enjoy the event. And it was nowhere near as gruelling as I'd expected :o)
