ButterflyLou (MrsMothy) This was VERY tough for me. I forgot my inhaler for starts, was only my second run since being ill and not running for 2 weeks, very windy, bad stich after 3 miles and puked at the end!! Probably one of my worst race experiences but I'm still alive so can only be thankful!

Marts muddy fields and concrete droves make an interesting combo and its a bit over 5 miles too. will be going round twice as part of mara prep likely to do 1st lap pre race so not a great time expected. did 31:19 and was 17thon this course last year. aiming for 33mins, top 50 and someone else to do the points scoring this time UPDATE watch time 33:40 position 48th pleased with it as middle part of an 18 miles run. distance actually on garmin as 5.16M
