Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ally2 156th in 2009, 126th in 2010. Have to aim for top 100 and to tame the wicked hill on the alton towers course.
brutal and muddy. course shortened due to injuries in other races to 10k- if 10k i have just run
my slowest race pace for 3 years and still come in top 100 i think. made places up on all 3 laps and for once didn't get overtaken on home finish holding off a wgel runner. nearly twisted ankle with 1 mile to go but ok. feels sore now. yeah came 100th!

Jimrunner Extremely muddy and challenging course. Didn't run particularly well today and had been feeling a bit below par and tired during the week. Enjoyed the experience but definitely need some more focused off-road training for XC in the future.

Wally The muddiest race ever in the history of the world. Ever. Maybe. Pleased to finish higher than in previous nationals (although still to get in the top half!). The worse the conditions, the better I do :-)
