Lexo Was feeling a bit under the weather at the start...maybe to do with getting out my bed at 6 am!!!..ran with a friend of mine from work who is a much better runner than I and he dragged me through the first ten miles at a cracking pace...wilted outside of Musselburgh and misjudged the run in so could have possibly knocked off some moe time but well chuffed with my new PB....over 90 seconds quicker ...although as the first 4 miles are down hill and the rest flat as a flat fish ..no excuses really to not smash it...still very please
