Enaoslm Haven't had ideal preparation, so no pb expected. Strong 1st half, struggled through the 2nd. Difficult terrain and quite hot!! Very pleased however with the final time.

MattTheRat Set off too fast - 6:30mm for 5 miles. Then stopped for a drink and a pee, then jogged in at 7mm. 10th place. Too fat, too slow.
