Gobi Easy training run so this really is an ISH time. Taking Speedy and will run with her for a few miles. Whoops all started correctly with easy 2.2 miles with Justine but decieded to catch TMW and this was done by 5 miles 41:19.23 half a mile and I decided to kick on and catch Tinribs done by 9.5 miles so encouraged him to chase me to the finish 33:37.49 for second 5 miles then finished with easy 4 ish miles out to get Justine and back

Spans Fantatsic first 6 as i led the women's charge, but struggled in mile 7 and got caught just after the 7mile marker... but dug deep and got round this difficult course to finsih with a new pb by 8mins and 5th place! At the pize giving ceremony it suddenly hit me how far I have come in the year as this time last year I ran 75mins and I didn't even dream of doing times like that... so a good and bad day, but with potential!!

McGoohan Recovery from ankle injury so wasn't pushing it too hard. Faded a bit after 3 miles, picked up at 5, faded again at 8. Arrival of Gobi around 9 miles spurred me on a bit!
