ChrisVilla tough race due to v.bad stitch which effected me all the way through and nearly crippled me at 4.5miles, lost about 3mins and was on for a pb at 5k, other than that great course and would do again.

Ehlne Tough race; my Garmin said 51:01 but I started near the back, so this is my official time. Better than I've managed in 4 years. Maybe I'll have a chance of a 10k PB this year once London's out the way...

nevvy lovely course pretty flat, marshalls very pleasent and happy to support, pb get in!

Nicko Stomach playing up a little but good course with some nasty short inclines which are a bit sapping. More down hill at the start. felt started to have to work at 3 mile and hung on the shirttails of a bloke who I out kicked at the end. Not many overtook me. Lost sight of Steve H at start but nearkly had him back by the end. Puts me at same level as last year so hopefully can improve.
