DickyDare still had signs of cough and chest infection but was feeling pretty good, set off at intended pace and was feeling comfortable at 5 km in 17.12 but couldn't maintain it and pace dropped off miles 4.5-5.5. disappointed with time, was hoping for at least low 34. still a pb is a pb.
