Watford Wobble Going for a PB attempt. Good shape but not so mentally but could overcome that. Breakfast at 0700 porridge one bowel, large cup of coffee. Race start 0930 hrs. No fluids except small sip of water at 0915 hrs. Gels taken at 4,8,12,16,20 miles with little water at (sips) 5 and 12. Slight breeze with sunny spells and temperature just ideal. Stitch started at mile 14 and progressed in waves. Not sure why or how to prevent in future.
