Ally2 My 5 mile pb was weak so I went and smashed it. A top field meant I was about 20th after half mile tracking barnes. was with davies of wales for alot of the race and we hoovered up runners as they came back to us. mile 5 closed on barnes, another northern vest and 2 mid runners, went by them to split them up, but barnes and dalton came by me. finished 9th. equal splits and felt strong. great course and race.
