Well that's wasn't too tricky.
Signed in and paired up my new Wahoo sensors and away I went! Never has thirty minutes passed so quickly on the turbo!

Next question, how do I link it to strava and Fetch? I can't seem to find the setting for it on the iOS version. Do I have to pay subs first?

sorted strava by signing in from the big computer.
Do you just copy the GPX over to Fetch? Or log time/distance manually?

I download the FIT from TrainingPeaks and upload that into Fetch. Should be able to do something similar from Strava.

I might still have to double-record with my garmin as I need some way of connecting to Vitality for my points, Garmin does but strava doesn't.

I record on Garmin as well as Zwift. Then just delete the one you don't want...

Grep, there's a map on the front page (just before you start riding) which has the course schedule on. Watopia is the most used course (and is the most popular with riders) so that has the most days it is scheduled on. London gets two or three days a week, and Richmond is only outed once a fortnight now (I actually like the Richmond course!).

Watopia is the only one they're extending so it makes sense to use that one the most.

I can't help thinking of Enid Blyton's "Faraway Tree" when it comes to Zwift. Each day there is a different land at the top, and you have to get out by a certain time before the land moves in (in Blyton-land, this means you are confined to horrific experiences until the land comes around again, in Zwift-land, this means you will be riding alone until the land comes round again).

You can download ride files from your Zwift dashboard and upload elsewhere (http://my.zwift.com and click on "Download" underneath the ride).

P.S. I came across the Stravasauce add-in for Chrome this week - it's amazing having the extra analysis on strava when you view in Chrome. I really recommend it.

Cheers Rach.

'Rach's guide to Zwiftland' would be a useful thing - I keep scrolling back through this thread in case I miss something.
