Not long completed my first event with ZER. Was pleasantly suprised at how compelling it was trying to stay with the pack and keep to the right average during my strengths and the leaders which differed quite a bit.
Cycling sat upright is proving annoying though, recruiting my hammies much more and making for quite a sore rear end after about 20 mins.

Nope, sat bolt upright (imagine on a bar stool), can't use the handlebars thanks to my arm. Probably another 3-4 weeks like it so I'll adapt soon enough I'd hope.

My good arm isn't so good, I'm assuming I pulled a tendon from the deep purple bruising that appeared the day after.

Ouch - make sure the seat is level or even slightly up - if you go up you may need the seat post a little lower
