Morning all, had a weird one last night, went out for about 5 and half, had a few twinges after my 10 on Sunday but thought nothing of it, got home, did the usual tea, babies 'baths, stories etc but then felt really shite, was in bed at 7 with aches and pains all over and painkillers. Feel a bit better today but maybe a few days off might be a good idea. Any comments?

does anyone remember the yorkshireman sketch from Harry Enfield? it was an absolute beauty.
"i'm a yorkshire man plain speaking, i say what i like and i like what a bloody well say" "don't be a puff, eat white bread"
etc etc

Leeds isn't too bad. It could be worse. It could be Dewsbury or Bradford for a start

As long as you remind people on a regular basis that Leeds United are a shit team going nowhere, you'll be fine. Just don't try and go native like some people do. Oh, and remain steadfastly cynical about Tetley bitter. Hope this helps.
