It was supposed to be a big foody place, they got rid of all the shops but no one has taken up any of the units, so Anthony Flinn has the whole thing, with a restaurant downstairs and I think he has a shop unit selling breads and whatnot...

that's awful. the corn exchange was opened (ok, reopened as little shops) just after i moved to Leeds so fond memories

That's a shame there have been no takers for the other bits. Haven't been in it for ages but understood that to be the plan as Pudds states. Bet the rent's a bit high.
