I red up on the 5 tibetans last night, was going to do it, but fell asleep in stead, oops! So yesterday no yoga no yoghurt!

No yoghurt today, so off upstairs now for some yoga nidra before sleep.

I need ' yoga for walking around a garden for hours without stopping while taking endless photographs' tonight. I may develop a 10 minute yoga for gardeners routine. I did create a yoga for runners and yoga for cyclists one in the past... Now that I largely garden, one for gardeners isn't a bad idea :)

I actually tried that spinning thing this morning when I had to get up early for a flight, as the hotel room I was staying in was nicely spacious, there was no chance of standing on the cat and the chambermaid would find me if it all went badly wrong. I don't think I will make a habit of it though.

LOL becca7. I seem to get dizzy after only a few rotations.
When I first tried the spinning thing, I wondered if someone had just included that exercise for a laugh!

I changed direction after a few rotations. I wasn't sure if that was what we were supposed to do but I thought it for the best.

Aha, now I've actually read the instructions I see that slight dizziness is intended.

Ah didn't realise that - kind of reassuring as I thought maybe the idea was the dizziness would pass with a bit of practice - hasn't for me!

So. After missing all of Yogtember I was determined that today would be the day.

Missed my slot this morning as I spent the whole half hour available trying to get my laptop to broadcast sound (unsuccessfully).

Decided to have an early night but to try to do some yoga before getting into bed.

7 min post run yoga via my phone has been completed bunting (just 3 hours, and a glass of wine post run - don't tell anyone)

Feels great :-)
