LOL Fleecy! I've been doing downward dogs recently...just to stretch out the hamstrings and calves and strengthen the shoulders. And meditation every evening.

20 minutes of yin tonight plus a few other bits during the day. Felt nice after Sunday's marathon.

I must try this yin!
Missed yoga yesterday but made up some stuff tonight to focus on the stiff bits.

Did the intro to yin. Weird. Quite relaxing, apart from the bit where I fell off the bed

I think that’s why I like yin. Relaxing. I’ve only ever done this on the floor, so no falling out of bed problem.

I've been to a yoga workshop this morning. It was very good and I really enjoyed it. I wasn't the only one with terrible balance She does them monthly so I might sign up for more.

Sounds good halfpint!:) My balance was always terrible in classes too. In a couple of weeks' time, hubby and I will be going to a yoga workshop up at the Hare Krishna temple near Watford. Yoga, meditation, vegan meals, plus some Kirtan singing to end it all.
