I did that one as well. My usual hip routine is 30 minutes so this was a nice alternative. I had done 20 minutes earlier, yin saddle archer, saddle, pigeon, puppy dog.

Sun salutations for me last night. 5 x A, then 2 x B (the one with the warriors added in), then some meditation.

Weekdays, I have yogurt for breakfast with blueberries, almonds and chia seeds. More sun salutations today and will meditate in a little while. It helps to shut my brain up before bedtime!

I normally meditate every day. I teach three yoga classes a week, on Wednesdays I go to Taiji, a 2 hour class which includes 1.5 hours of forms and 30 minutes of sitting... But I used to do half an hour of asanas, half an hour of pranayama and half an hour of meditation each day in the past. I would get up at 5 am to fit it in before breakfast

Yoga for after a disaster. It's similar to one of her others. Very relaxing Started to the sound of QP rummaging in a box of Lego (not relaxing), ended with the sound of waves lapping the beach.
