Since plastic free July I have been making my own yogurt. We have been getting through about 2 pints a week. Save 3 tbsp to make the next batch.

I try to do yoga most days - even if it's only 15 mins (There are a couple of nice 15 min sessions on the doyogawithme website) Don't really like yoghurt though...

I used to make my own yoghurt, but usually had to throw away some as I couldn't get the whole litre eaten before it started smelling and tasting unpleasantly cheesy.
But back to the yoga: have just done Adrienne's Day 4.
