Leah has been a pampered pooch all her life and yet her behaviour was so bad that many people asked if she was a rescue dog. I sometimes think that many owners would have given in and given her up; she was really hard work.

That rings bells, Cyclops! Jess has had every advantage but it has taken three years of hard work to stop her being affronted by every dog she meets head on.

On lead that is.

It is sad to think of the horrible lives some dogs have had but at least the thread rescue dogs have all got the best possible homes and owners now.

Floss was reunited with her pal Lily today :-). When she got out of the car Lily was still holding her back foot up (the one that got stamped on and split by a horse) but as soon as they got into the field the pair of them were racing around as much as ever :-)

On the downside, Bella was sick tonight and there was a trace of blood in the vomit :-( There's something nasty going on, despite what her vet said a few weeks back.

Poor Bella, sorry to hear that.

I was rushing about tonight to get to a meeting. I got in about half an hour ago and couldn't work out what Wanda was desperately trying to tell me. Until horrified I realised that she was trying to say.... 'shouldn't I have had my dinner about three hours ago.' :-o She is now fed and happy. I know missing a meal, especially on school day when the supply of treats more than makes up for a missed meal, wouldn't have harmed her but I feel terribly guilty
