His breathing isn't causing him problems but he's pretty much stopped eating, and when he does eat he brings it up a few hours later. We could go for further investigation but that would require general anaesthetic, and if it uncovered anything significant we'd probably decide that treatment would be too invasive given his age. He's still happy to go for a walk, but spends a lot of time sleeping, so whilst he's not distressed we'll carry on, but if he loses much more weight then I think we'll need further discussions with our vet.
