Raemond Apr 2023 9:47pm, 27 Apr 2023 10,368 posts	0 Raemond She ate well, and finally stopped and lay down at Sam's feet (on the hard, tiled, floor, rather than on the dog bed or on the sofa next to us as she usually would) and slept a bit. Then had another big fit, and seemed to fall asleep again immediately, before waking up and doing her usual slightly stumbly post seizure tour of the room. Her vision seemed fine, at least. Though she did also, after we'd opened the back door so she could go outside, come back into kitchen to do a big runny poop which she then tried to eat. Sam is staying downstairs with her tonight, hopefully everyone will get at least a bit of sleep.

Sam and I swapped around 3:30 this morning, she'd had two fits while I was asleep and taken the whining loudly unless being actively fed. She is so much not herself that she tried to take a treat packet out of my pocket and even nibbled my fingers after I'd fed her bits of treat stick. She did finally get some rest from just after 4am to just before 6, though. Not so long until we will have to head off to the neurologist in Waalwijk, now.

It was a bit of an ordeal getting the IV and first lot of drugs in her, not helped by all of us having had very little sleep. But on the plus side, she only nearly shat in my lap, and we've discovered she could have a lucrative career as a duck impersonator when this is all over.
