short extra recovery run to grab a few points and catch up with GlennR, good competition, am even thinking about moving my square home for the weekend...

Thanks StuH. NW corner tomorrow is a distinct possibility (although the presence of a river and a canal make the route a bit of a mess).

Good (!?) to see Wallman has his mojo back.
I never harboured any hope of winning but even not being embarrassed is looking a remote possibility just now. Best I can do is try and pick off a few blank squares so there'll be some overall coverage points at the end of the week.

Thanks for the swimming suggestion Nightjar - but having seen the dead swan floating in the canal last week, I think I might give that a miss...

I did a swim and since I was the first to swim in those squares I got the 8 points! If I was the second to swim itβd only have been 4 points. I wonder for how many matches there would be a contention for swimming in a square? π
