It was a tough contest, Doc, but you deserved it. I've got someone who runs a marathon in 2.44 something this week. Let's hope he doesn't run it in his zone. I went an easy run when I arrived to stretch my legs and put some squares on the map but then ended up walking much further than anticipated for dinner - sans garmin - so I missed on a couple of extra squares.
Anyway... netflix and an early night it is.

Seville, Trin, with a day trip to Cadiz on Saturday. I think you're somewhere near Malaga?
It's a bit tricky, I'm taking my running kit but we're going with non-running friends who took a dim view of me doing parkrun *and* a Half marathon when we went to Copenhagen for a weekend  , so I shall have to fit any running in when they're having a nap or something
