Ooh I'm up against Ness - who, I believe, is a very early morning runner? I shall have my work cut out!

Enjoy your break alpenrose. I need to get a few miles in this week, so should fill in most of the grid.

May be tough for me this week. GeordiNDog seems to run every day and we are off on hols so I’ll loose the weekend.

Magnumpti will have an absolute walkover this week. I'm tapering for a race at the weekend. Only one run in grid and only 20 mins.

I have Ian who I don't think posts in here but I have seen him about the site.
I won last week despite the Garmin-related brain fart on Saturday.

I'm nearing the dizzy heights of 1300. Gonna have to start a losing streak.

Nightjar - you can always move your square to your holiday destination...
This week I have Diogenes. I won't be doing much running in square at least for the first part of the week. Trying to get rid of a cough before an out of square aquathlon on Thursday. I hope to do some walking in square in the first few days but my Fetch app isn't working well cos my phone is pants and I don't often wear my garmin for walks, but I might have to change that habit!

Aw, I hadn't noticed my opponent had been MOTM. He was too busy answering questions to run last week! Nice to get to know you a bit better, Sigh.
